MIC employs a proactive Quality Control & Assurance program that plans quality into each critical project process. Our communications and project monitoring protocols have quality updates and compliance issues managed every day.

 

 

Our methodology seeks to establish a collaborative focus on quality that begins with pre-qualification of prime contractors, shop drawings, specifications and all submittals to assure that quality standards are engineered into all areas of design, materials and details. This proactive approach is a cornerstone to our track record of successfully completing projects on time and to specifications.

 

Quality Control Processes

 

During the pre-construction phase, MIC reviews all materials specified and provides collaborative input and recommendations to the project planners and architect on all critical construction elements and materials to assure that they meet the projects stated standards.

 

MIC publishes and updates all project specifications and standards to all team members Review submittals from all subcontractors with great care and attention to detail to assure compliance with stated standards for work and materials specified as well as evidence of proven performance in public projects.

 

MIC provides a dedicated Project Manager/Field Supervisor onsite to assure that all quality standards are understood and assured during all phases of construction.

 

Project team monitoring for confirmation to specifications as well as ongoing monitoring of all subcontractors work and competition schedules.
