All our public projects move in concert with the four critical components of time, quality, safety and costs as equal contributors to the success of the project. MIC is adept at managing these components simultaneously and applies this matrix to each decision of the project.

MIC provides documentation of all elements of its subcontractor bid processes and results to keep the project sponsors informed with accurate information.

MIC applies its “Active Implementation Protocols” addressing rapid implementation of approved change orders assuring that final “punch lists” are short and inspections are successful.

MIC maintains a staff of highly experienced construction and project support professionals.  Each of our key positions are staffed by individuals with 15-20 years of service to MIC and our clients assuring that project teams have established quality standards and protocols to effectively complete each task.

Project Teams

MIC Construction strives to include client teams early in the project stages to assure that their voice is heard.  We understand that 75% of perceived quality rests in the details of apply final materials, fit, finishes, air handing and sightlines.  We focus on quality throughout the heavy construction phases as well as the final details to assure that hard specifications and softer human expectations are met.

Quality Control Processes

During the pre-construction phase, MIC Construction reviews all materials specified and provides collaborative input and recommendations to the project planners and architect on all critical construction elements to assure that they meet the projects stated standards.

MIC Construction provides a dedicated Project Manager/Field Supervisor onsite to assure that all quality standards are understood and assured during all phases of construction. MIC publishes and updates all project specifications with great care and attention paid to each detail.
