M.I.C. still adheres to this philosophy as a corporate pledge. Their employees' combined construction experience assures you not only quality construction, on time and within budget, but construction that is in full compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines. All field employees at minimum have their ten-hour OSHA course certification and their extensive public works backgrounds give them an understanding of the extra responsibility required to keep the public safe.

Travelers Insurance Company has extended to M.I.C. their preferred rates reducing the cost of bondings. These rates are reserved for their best contractor accounts.
