MIC Inc. was established in 1984 by company President Dennis Kintop. Built upon the philosophy that integrity, quality workmanship, and conscientious attention to details, MIC quickly became recognized as a leading commercial and industrial contractor in the Fox Valley area.

Before the first shovel arrives on site, MIC Construction thoroughly audits blueprints, material lists, anticipated finishes, qualifying subcontractors and the overall construction approach to assure that the project will meet the standards of the owner and project committees. Safety first, quality second and profit third, MIC Construction's approach is to include the owner, architect, project committee and all MIC personnel in the Project Circle.
Project Teams
MIC Construction strives to include owner project teams early in the project stages to assure that their voice is heard. We understand that 75% of perceived quality rests in the details of apply final materials, fit, finishes, air handing and sightlines. We focus on quality throughout the heavy construction phases as well as the final details to assure that hard specifications and the softer human expectations are met.
Quality Control Processes
During the pre-construction phase, MIC reviews all materials specified and provides collaborative input and recommendations to the project planners and architect on all critical construction elements to assure that they meet the projects stated standards.
 MIC provides a dedicated Project Manager/Field Supervisor onsite to assure that all quality standards are understood and assured during all phases of construction.
MIC publishes and updates all project specifications with great care and attention paid to each detail.
The MIC project team closely monitors all subcontractors work and competition schedules for confirmation to specifications. |
